How to help?

Would love to know if you need any help with either classroom instruction, general presentations, field trips, or actual in-water skills and drills.

I can talk a mile a minute about the program, and I'd love to fill you in on my ambitions for it, and how volunteers can be used. Could we find a time to chat on the phone? Please feel free to send me an email - zach@schooba.org.
In a nutshell, though:
After the pilot program (or possibly even for the end part of it) I will be looking for a couple different types of volunteers:
- Some people will become tutors, and will commit to visiting a school for 1 hour a week for 9 weeks to tutor a group of no more than 4 kids. I will provide a curriculum and all materials for this.
- Some people will become chaperons for our weekend field trips.
- Some people will help with planning/fundraising/admin stuff, etc.
I will definitely check out those resources!
